1. Acceptance of Terms

• No Real-Money Transactions: Reddy Fantasy is free-to-play and does not involve deposits, withdrawals, or monetary winnings. You acknowledge that no financial or gambling stakes are present.

3. Registration & Account

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email, username, and proof of age upon request. Falsifying information may lead to account termination.
• One Account per Person: You agree not to create multiple accounts. If you do, we may suspend or terminate your access.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username & password). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or breach.

4. Free, Skill-Based Fantasy Cricket

• Skill Over Chance: Reddy Fantasy is based on your knowledge of cricket, player performance, and strategic lineup choices. No element of chance or gambling is intended in our contests.
• No Financial Risk: Because we do not offer any real-money deposits or payouts, you understand that any points, ranks, or “bragging rights” you gain are purely for entertainment value.
• Match Data & Scores: We retrieve or display match schedules, player stats, and live scores from third-party sources. Reddy Fantasy is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, or omissions in match data.

5. Restricted States & Compliance

If you reside in a restricted state (Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu) or any jurisdiction that bans fantasy sports, you must not attempt to register, log in, or participate in any manner. Any violation of local laws is done at your own risk, and Reddy Fantasy disclaims all liability regarding noncompliance with state regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating & Collusion: You agree not to use unauthorized methods, bots, scripts, or collusion to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Impersonation: Do not impersonate other users, celebrities, or public figures, or falsely claim an affiliation with any entity.
• Offensive Content: You may not post, share, or distribute any content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawful in any of Reddy Fantasy’s forums or chat features (if available).
• No Commercial Exploitation: You may not use the Service for commercial solicitations, spam, or unauthorized promotions.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All site designs, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and other content on Reddy Fantasy are the property of Reddy Fantasy or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.

• Liability Cap: Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total amounts you have paid (if any) to Reddy Fantasy in the past 12 months, or (b) INR 1000.

• Lockouts & Bans: If you are found cheating or breaching local regulations (e.g., playing from restricted states), your access will be revoked without notice.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use Reddy Fantasy ceases immediately, and any stored or accrued fantasy points or placements are invalidated.

12. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, without prior notice. Reddy Fantasy does not facilitate any financial or real-money transactions. We do not accept deposits, process withdrawals, or award cash prizes. All contests and points on our Service are free, skill-based, and offered for entertainment. Any attempt to conduct private betting or financial dealings on our platform is strictly prohibited.

15. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, or disruptions of internet.

16. Entire Agreement & Severability
